I actually took these on July 3rd in Key Largo, Florida. My camera settings were: ISO 100, f 8, 5 second shutter speed, auto white balance. I set up before it was dark and prefocused about 2/3 of the way out to the barge where they were going to launch from and then turned off the auto focus. In the computer I cropped some and also cloned out the lights of anther boat that was anchored off shore. And adjusted the white balance slightly.
